University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (UCPS) is a constituent college of Mahatma Gandhi University(MGU), located at Yellareddy Gudem Village, Nalgonda District, Telangana, India. Established in 2026, the college represents a significant milestone in the growth and expansion of MGU, with its academic activities commencing from the Academic Year 2026–27. The college is located in the MGU campus ca. 100 Km away from Hyderabad city and on the National Highway (NH-65) connected towards Narketpally - Addanki, state Highway.
The establishment of UCPS reflects MGU'S commitment to advancing professional education and meeting the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical sector. The college is dedicated to imparting high-quality education, promoting research and innovation, and developing competent pharmacy professionals capable of contributing effectively to the healthcare system.
The institution has been approved by the Government of Telangana and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi, to offer the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) programme with an intake of 60. The curriculum is designed to provide a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences while fostering critical thinking, professional ethics, leadership, and lifelong learning.
