G. MARESWARA RAO received his Bachelor of Technology ( B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad, Telangana, and obtained his Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Digital Electronics and Communication Systems from Vardhaman College of Engineering , JNTU Hyderabad. He has qualified in UGC NET. Present he is pursuing his Ph.D in JNTU Hyderabad in VLSI. He joined as assistant Professor(c) in Dept. of ECE, UCET, Mahatma Gandhi University Nalgonda in the year 2014. He has 11 years 6 months of teaching experience. He served as head of the Dept. (2017-2019), Served as subcommittee member to establish laboratories in Dept. of ECE. He has taught several undergraduate courses in VLSI, INFORMATION THEORY, ELECTROMAGENTIC FIELDS AND TRANSMISSION LINES, SIGNALS AND SYSTEMS, COMMUNICATIONS, DIGITAL SYSTEM DESIGN. He has supervised many UG student projects in the area of VLSI. He has published two research papers in international journals/conference proceedings.

Area of Specialization:

• Low power VLSI Design, Advanced Electronics systems designs.

Mrs. Mounika Kasarla is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the University College of Engineering and Technology, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda. She has been associated with the institution since 2ndAugust 2016.

She has completed B.Tech (of Electronics and Communication Engineering) from JNTU-Hyderabad in 2008 and M.Tech (VLSI System Design) from JNTU-Hyderabad in 2012. She qualified UGC NET for assistant professor,She is pursuing her Ph.D in Osmania University, Nalgonda.

She has 9 years of teaching Experience and she has attended workshops and seminars conducted by Osmania University and faculty development programs organized by NIT Warangal. She served as Head of Department and is involved in various committees like Admissions, Cultural committee, GATE/NET monitoring committee etc. she is also serving as coordinator for Directorate of Student Affairs, Mahatma Gandhi University till date. She served as Technical expert for Technical fests conducted by Govt. Polytechnic, Nalgonda organized by State Board of Technical Education.

Mrs. Huma Afreen is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the University College of Engineering and Technology, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda. She has been associated with the institution since 2nd August 2016.

She has completed B.Tech (of Electronics and Communication Engineering) from JNTU-Hyderabad in 2012 and M.Tech (VLSI System Design) from JNTU-Hyderabad in 2014. She has 9 years of teaching Experience and she has attended faculty development program which is conducted by edunet .she worked as assistant coordinator for Exam Branch.

He has completed B.Tech (of Electronics and Communication Engineering) from JNTU-Hyderabad in 2007 and M.Tech (Embedded System) from JNTU-Hyderabad in 2010.He is pursuing her Ph.D in BPUT, Odisha

He has 14 years of teaching Experience and he has attended workshops and seminars and faculty development programs.He served as Head of Department and is involved in various committees like Admissions, Cultural committee, Hostel Warden etcin Mahatma Gandhi University till date.
