Dr B Saritha is a senior Associate Professor in the Department of Business Management, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda. She has done M.B.A. and Ph.D from Osmania University. She has put in twenty years of teaching experience. She is serving as Director, Directorate of PG Admissions, Head of the Department, and Faculty of Management of the Mahatma Gandhi University. She has also served as Vice Principal in the Department. She also a member and convener in Board of studies of Business Management. She has published about twenty research papers in National and International Journals. Her areas of research interest are Finance, Investment Management and International Finance.

Dr. Ravi Aluvalaholds M.B.A. and Doctoral degree in Business Management from Faculty of Management of Osmania University.Dr. Ravi Aluvala Presently holds the position of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Vice Chancellor. He was also Director, Academic Audit Cell, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda and as Development Officer since 2014. He was alsoworked as Chairman, Board of Studies, Department of Management Studies, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda,.

Dr. Ravi also served in various administrations positions like PIO & Chief Warden, HostelsMahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, During 2013-2015 and Head, Department of Management Studies, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, during 2017-2019, Principal, University College of Commerce and Business Management, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, from 2013 to 2015.In addition, he is also member on Board of various committees like ICET/LAWCET/RUSA/AICTE/University Committees/Board of Studies.

He has extensively worked in the area of Human Relations Management, Industrial Relations and Talent Management. Prof. Moorthygari Sree Lakshmi is working as Professor in the Department ofBusiness Management (DBM), University College of Commerce and BusinessManagement (UCCBM), Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, Telangana, India since2013. She has worked as a Principal UCCBM for 3 years i.e., 2019-2022. Prior to this shehas held many positions at Department and University level such as Chairperson, Board ofStudies for Management Studies, Head of the Department, Dept. of Management Studiesand IQAC Director, Chairperson - Women Protection Cell at Mahatma Gandhi University..Her Qualifications are B.Com, MBA with HR and Finance. She has received Doctor of Philosophy From Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur for her contributions in thearea of finance on Lease Financing in the year 2005. She has Cleared State LevelEligibility Test for Lecturer ship (SLET) in the year 1998.

She has started her career in Teaching Profession at PG level from the year 1994. Shehas 28 years of teaching experience at MBA level. She has started her career as alecturer at KIMS, Karimnagar then worked at Warangal Institute of Management studies(ITM Group) and Alluri Institute of Management Studies at Warangal. She has worked as Assistant and Associate Professor, served for 12 years at DBM, Sarojini Naidu VanitaMahavidyalaya, Hyderabad. Dr. Ramesh Kumar Miryala, recipient of the State Meritorious Teacher Award (Government of Telangana, 2024), is a distinguished academician and administrator with extensive experience in higher education, research, and institutional development. He serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Business Management and as Director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda.
Over the years, he has held several key leadership positions within the University, including Controller of Examinations, Director, College Development Council, Director, Directorate of Admissions, Director, Automation, Principal, University College of Commerce and Business Management, Chairperson, Board of Studies in Business Management, and Head, Department of Business Management.
Dr. Miryala holds postgraduate degrees in Psychology (M.Sc.) and Business Administration (M.B.A.), and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management. He has also qualified the UGC-NET examination. His major research interests include Marketing Management, Organisational Behaviour, Services Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, and Strategic Management.
He successfully completed a UGC-sponsored Major Research Project titled “Work-Life Balance: A Study of Select Professions” (2015–2018), with a grant of ₹8,26,800.
An active researcher and prolific writer, Dr. Miryala has published 49 research papers in reputed national and international journals and presented 19 papers at academic conferences. His scholarly contributions include authoring several books such as Data-Driven Decision Making, Data Analytics Essentials, Banking Theory and Practice, and Brand Equity Strategies. He has also served as a Course Writer for Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University, contributing to courses in Sales and Distribution, Retail Management, and Banking Law and Practice.
As an editor, he has curated and published seven edited volumes on contemporary management themes, including Changing Paradigms of Rural Management, Global Business Strategies – Touching New Horizons, Trends, Challenges and Innovations in Management, Responsible Tourism and Human Accountability for Sustainable Business, Responsible Marketing for Sustainable Business, Disruptive Innovations in Business, and 5G/6G Advancements in Communication Technologies for Agile Management.
Dr. Miryala is actively engaged in research supervision, having guided two Ph.D. scholars to completion and currently supervising four doctoral candidates. His research proficiency extends to advanced analytical tools such as SPSS 21.0, R Programming, Jamovi, and QDA Miner.
He is a Life Member of the All India Management Association (AIMA), a Member of the International Academy of Business and Economy, and a Member of the Hyderabad Management Association (HMA). He also serves on the editorial boards of various national and international journals.
Through his academic leadership, research contributions, and commitment to institutional excellence, Dr. Ramesh Kumar Miryala continues to play a significant role in advancing the quality and impact of higher education.

Dr. Maram Venkat Ramana Reddy is presently working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, Telangana State. Dr. Reddy has 25 years of teaching for Master Students in Management and 4 years of Industrial experience. He also worked at various positions like Assistant Centre Manager for 1CSS Pvt. Ltd., Hyd, and Marketing Executive in Origin Electronics and Communications, a Chennai based Company for 2 years each. Later, Reddy has joined in academics as a Lecturer at O.U. P.G Colleges, Mahaboob Nagar & Nalgonda under Osmania University. His association flipped and continued with Mahatma Gandhi University since its inception 2007-08. Dr Reddy holds his MBA (Marketing) Degree from Sambalpur University, Orissa; M. Phil., from Alagappa University, Tamil Nadu; and Ph.D. from Department of Business Management, Osmania University.

To his credit, participated and presented in various International Conferences and National Conferences. He also served as a Resource Person at District Training Centre (DTC), Nalgonda, and Telangana State. Apart from his academic activities, He also posses commendable grip on various administrative positions like served as a Public Relations Officer, MGU and Co-coordinator, Director of Hostels & Messes in Mahatma Gandhi University. Dr Suresh Reddy Jakka has more re than 24 years of professional experience. He obtained Ph.D in Management from Osmania University. He has published over 40 articles in international, national journals & edited books. He published 4 books. Under his able guidance One student awarded Ph.D and 6 students are pursuing their Ph.D. He is also an Associate Editor for International Journal of Retailing & Rural Business Perspectives and also working as Editorial Board Member for Mustang journal of Business &Ethics, USA. His Research and Teaching interests includes specially Marketing Management, Retailing Management, Quantitative Techniques, etc. Organized Three National level seminars sponsored by Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad and University Grants Commission, New Delhi. He worked as Head, Department of Business Management 12th June 2019 to 05th July 2021 and Member for Board of Studies in Management, MG University from 2015 to till today and also member of BOS in MBA course for various autonomous colleges.

Dr. Sabina Rachel Harold is Assistant Professor of Management in the Department of Business Management, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda. She has Masters Degree in Business Administration (Osmania University, 2000), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism from Annamalai University. Tamilnadu. Her PhD Thesis was on Customer Relationship Management in the Services Sector. She has 23 years of teaching experience and more than 20 publications to her credit, spanning across varied topics in Management.

Presently, she is supervising the work of four research scholars, one of whom is a recipient of ICSSR Scholarship. Her areas of interest include Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Advertising, and Services Marketing among others. She has served the University in the capacity of Director, Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Placement Cell, also as the Assistant Director, Academic Audit Cell.
