Dr.N.Bikshamaiah is presently working as an Assistant Professor Contract in the Department of Physics,Mahatma Gandhi University,Nalgonda,Telangana State,teaching Post-Graduate Courses. He has 20 years of teaching experience. He completed his M.Sc in Kakatiya University in the year 2002 and obtained Ph.D from Osmania University, Hyderabad in the year 2015. Worked asa Lecturer in physics at Kakatiya Degree & PG College, Nalgonda for 6 years and worked asAssistant Professor in the department of Physics, Ramanandatirtha Engineering College, Nalgonda for 4 Years. Later he joined in the Mahatma Gandhi University in the year 2012. At present he is holding the positions of Head Incharge department of Physics,Mahatma Gandhi University,Nalgonda.

Dr. Sathi Reddy Koppula is presently working as Assistant Professor in theDepartment of Physics, UCS, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, Telangana. He received his Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Physics from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He earned his Master’s Degree in Physics with Electronics specialization from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He also served as Head-In-Charge, the Department of Physics, UCS, Mahatma Gandhi University, for two terms, contributing to departmental academic planning, faculty coordination, and quality enhancement initiatives.
Dr. Sathi Reddy has over 25 years of teaching and academic experience across Indian and international universities. He has extensive expertise in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Physics, curriculum development, research mentoring, and academic leadership. He has been actively involved in designing outcome-based curricula, guiding postgraduate students in research methodology and academic writing, and promoting interdisciplinary research initiatives that enhance student learning outcomes and academic performance. Dr. Sathi Reddy has authored one academic book, edited seminar proceedings, and published 12 research papers in reputed journals. His academic interests focus on Physics, Electronics, and Applied Physics Education. He is committed to innovative pedagogy, faculty mentoring, and advancing quality higher education through curriculum development and research-driven teaching.

Dr. Shantha Kumari Palla is presently working as Assistant Professor and Head-In-Charge, Departmentof Physics, UCS , Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, Telangana. She received her Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Physics from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physics with Electronics specialization from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and completed B.Ed. in Physical Science from Osmania University. She also qualified APSET (2012).
Dr. Shantha Kumari has over 16 years of teaching experience in undergraduate and postgraduate Physics education. She has been actively involved in curriculum design and delivery, outcome-based assessment implementation, and mentoring postgraduate students in research methodology and academic writing. She has coordinated interdisciplinary research activities and contributed to academic development initiatives within the university.
She previously served as Guest Lecturer in Physics at N.G. College, Nalgonda, from 2009 to 2013 before joining Mahatma Gandhi University in November 2013. She has published research papers in reputed international journals and is committed to promoting innovative pedagogy, collaborative learning environments, and academic excellence in higher education.

Previously worked as a Lecturer at Spandana Degree & PG College for 6 years and at SV Degree & PG College for 1 year, gaining extensive experience in undergraduate and postgraduate physics education. Academically qualified with M.Sc., B.Ed., and SET, and presently pursuing a Ph.D., demonstrating a strong commitment to research, academic advancement, and continuous professional development. Passionate about delivering conceptual clarity, fostering scientific thinking, and guiding students toward academic and professional success.
