Her area of specialization is Indian literature, Dalit Literature, South Asian Literature, British Literature. She has presented number of papers at several international and national conferences, Seminars and attended several FDPs. she has Edited Two Books, published 1 Book and has11 publications in peer reviewed journals to her credit.

Dr. Ch. Syam Sunder is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (C) in the Department of English at the University College of Arts and Social Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, a position he has held since 2007. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Dr. Syam Sunder has established himself as a dedicated academic and educator committed to promoting critical thinking, literary appreciation, and effective communication skills among students.
Dr. Syam Sunder specializes in the areas of American Literature, Indian Writing in English, and Postcolonial Literature. His teaching and research interests focus on exploring the cultural, historical, and socio-political contexts of literary texts, particularly in relation to postcolonial discourse and the evolving dimensions of English literature in global and Indian contexts.
Throughout his academic career, Dr. Syam Sunder has actively contributed to scholarly research. He has published three research articles in various international journals, addressing significant themes in English literary studies. His publications reflect his engagement with contemporary literary criticism and his commitment to advancing research in the field of English studies.
In addition to his academic and research contributions, Dr. Syam Sunder has also enhanced his professional competencies through specialized training. He successfully completed professional training from Globarena International in Soft Skills and Technical Communication, which has further strengthened his ability to guide students in developing effective communication, presentation, and professional skills.
With his extensive teaching experience, research engagement, and professional training, Dr. Syam Sunder continues to contribute significantly to the academic environment of the Department of English at Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, fostering intellectual growth and academic excellence among students.

D. Raveendar Reddy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda. He has over 20 years of rich teaching experience at the postgraduate level, along with significant research experience.
Mr. Reddy holds M.A. in English and M.B.A. from Osmania University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Communicative English (PGDCE) from University of Hyderabad, and has qualified SET for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
He has submitted his Ph.D. thesis to RashtrasantTukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, where he carried out research on the British playwright Tom Stoppard under the supervision of S. D. Palwekar.
Mr. Reddy has served as a Syllabus and Content Designer for Undergraduate First and Second Year English textbooks under the jurisdiction of Mahatma Gandhi University. He has participated in 10 National and International Seminars, contributing actively to academic discussions.
His areas of specialization include English Language Teaching (ELT), particularly Syllabus Design, Language through Literature, and Materials Design. He is the co-author of the book English Grammar and Communication published by Authors Press, and he has published a good number of research articles in reputed National and International journals.
His current academic interests include Literary Criticism and Theory, Phonetics, Sociocultural Approaches in ELT, Curriculum Design, Teaching and Learning Methods, Soft Skills, and Corporate and Business Communication.
