Dr. K. Madhusudhan Reddy is an accomplished Assistant Professor in the Department of Geology at Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda. His academic journey began with a B.Sc. from Osmania University in 1989, followed by an M.Sc. from Kakatiya University in 1992, a specialized M.Sc. (Tech) in Hydrology from Osmania University in 1995, and culminating in a Ph.D. from Osmania University in 2016. Bringing more than three decades of expertise, Dr. Reddy has dedicated 15 years to teaching B.Sc.-level courses, contributed 6 months to civil engineering applications, and imparted advanced knowledge over 15 years in postgraduate programs. His research output includes 2 publications, with specializations in hydrogeologyexploring groundwater dynamics and resource management Stratigraphy for reconstructing geological histories, and ore genesis to uncover mineral formation processes. Passionate about bridging classroom learning with real-world geological challenges.

Lt. Dr. G. Machender who has an excellent academic record with obtained 4th rank in M.Sc. Geology in 2005 from the Department of Geology Osmania University, Hyderabad.He was awarded Ph.DDegree Hydrogeological and Hydrogeohemical studies of Chinnaeru River Basin, Sub-basin of Musi River in the Northern part of Nalgonda district, in the year 2012, under the supervision of Prof. M. Narsimha Reddy. He has contributed more than 20 scientific papers in reputed National and International peer review journals with citation more than 500 (Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Research Gate, Academia. edu, etc.,) and authored for 13 Books. He has also presented 20 papers in National and International Conferences, Workshops and Seminars.

He has 15 Years Teaching Experience at the Dept. of Geology, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda. 8 Years ofResearch Experience, Worked as a Project Assistant at NGRI under the super vision of Scientist Dr. N.N. Murthy and Dr. P. K. Govil (Emeritus Scientist).and 2 Years Industrial Experience, Worked as a Geologist in NATCO Pharma Limited at Veldurthi Iron Ore Mines, Kurnool District in Andhra Pradesh and also worked as a Senior Geologist (Exploration Geologist) in MIDWEST Granite Pvt. Ltd, During his career in Midwest he visited GUINEA (West Africa) for Gold and Diamonds investigations.

He was a member in many Scientific Societies: (1) Fellow of the Geological Society of India (FGS) Bangalore, (2) Associate Fellow of Telangana Academic of Sciences, Hyderabad, (3) Osmania Geology Alumini Association (OGAA), (4) Society of Petroleum Geophysics (SPG), (5) Society of Exploration Geophysics (SEG), (6) International Association of Hydrologist (IAH), (7) RQP Geologist Approved by Mines & Geology Department and (8) As a Private Geologist (approved by Telangana State Groundwater Department, Hyderabad). In addition to his research and industrial experience, he was actively involved in administrative assignments from MGU as Coordinator for IIRS Outreach Programme, Sponsored by National Natural Resources Management System (NNRMS), Organization by Indian Space Research (ISRO) Department of Space, Government of India, Dehradun, Head department of Geology, Lieutenant Associate NCC Officer, NSS Programme Officer Unit- II &III, Member of Anti-Ranging committee and Disciplinary committee member of NAAC peer committee, Constitution of Hostel Management Committee Member, Warden.

He has gained the following certificates: 1) Merit Certificate (Secured highest marks in Geology) in Degree level 2) Achieved “A” certificate in the field camp organized by Geological Survey of India.3)Received prize money and merit certificate from B.C. organization.4)Awarded Nineteenth Rank in P.G. Entrance 5) Excellent reports from the Ph. D thesis.He has made significant contribution in the field Geology.

Dr. M. Anjaneyulu Mallikanti exemplifies dedication in geosciences, blending over 13 years of teaching with impactful research on Precambrian granitoids of Telangana's Eastern Dharwar Craton. Holding a Ph.D. (2017) and TSSET from Osmania University, alongside an M.Sc. Applied Geology, he specializes in igneous petrology, geochemistry and hydrogeology. Since 2013, he has taught Mineralogy, Petrology and Precambrian geology at Mahatma Gandhi University, mentoring students through field training and organizing national seminars (2014) and webinars (2022). His Ph.D. research (2013-2017) analyzed Kattangur-Nakrekal granitoids, yielding insights into crustal evolution. Dr. Anjaneyulu boasts 10+ peer-reviewed publications, including studies on Nalgonda granitoids (2017-2019), groundwater quality (2023), and Mushampalli petrology (2024). He presented internationally (SRTMUN 2022) and contributed seven national abstracts on fluorosis and georesources. Professionally trained by CGWB (groundwater 2012-2024), IIRS (GIS 2015), and GSITI (petrology courses 2022-2024), GSITI Chitradurga Karnataka Teacher training in 2025, he integrates advanced tools into teaching. Administratively, he served as hostel warden, anti-ragging committee member, exam coordinator and present in charge head of the geology and IQAC coordinator university college of science.

A lifetime member of Indian Science Congress and Indian Society of Applied Geochemists (ISAG), he earned NCC 'A'-grade in C certificate and camp selections (2008). Born April 10, 1988, Dr. Anjaneyulu speaks English, Hindi, Telugu, and enjoys reading new books.

Dr. G. Sudhakar serves as Faculty in the Department of Geology, University College of Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, since 2016. With 10 years of teaching experience, he holds a Ph.D. (2024) from Osmania University titled “Studies on the groundwater quality of the Kattangur sub-basin from Nalgonda District, Telangana State, India,” along with TSSET qualification, M.Sc. in Applied Geology, M.Sc. in Botany, and B.Ed. He has taught courses including Optical Mineralogy, Petrology, Paleontology, Precambrian Geology, and Environmental Geology since 2016, while mentoring students through field training, organizing 2022 webinars, and presenting papers at national seminars and workshops. He also serves as N.S.S. Programme Officer for UCS, MGU.

Mr. B. Venkatesh is serving as a Faculty Member in the Department of Geology, University College of Science, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, with about seven years of teaching experience in geological sciences. He obtained his M.Sc. in Geology from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Geology at Osmania University, specializing in Igneous Petrology.

He has qualified the TS-SET and CSIR-UGC NET. His areas of specialization include Igneous Petrology, Mineralogy, and Ore Petrology. He has published research papers and has actively participated in national and international seminars and conferences. He has also attended refresher courses, faculty development programmes, and field training programmes conducted by various geological organizations

His academic interests include Igneous Petrology, Mineralogy, and Ore Petrology, along with research in petrography, field geology, and igneous rock petrogenesis.
